Jason has spent most of the last two decades working with families, teens, college-aged students, adults, and veterans, helping them find purpose and meaning through novel experiences. Most recently, he served as the National Director of Outreach for Outward Bound. His focus has been on personal transformation, helping individuals find inner strength and form meaningful connections through programs that provide both physical and emotional challenges. Jason currently serves as an advisor to programs that serve youth, young adults, families, and veterans, collaborating with gap year programs, outdoor education, and partners offering 529 plans and AmeriCorps Segal Awards, supporting young people in their growth and development.
